Beyond Krabi Hotel - Klong Muang Beach

The views from the balcony were fine.

I was appalled at the cleanliness of the bathroom fixtures. The mixer handles were filthy and sticky. Despite informing the front desk, nothing changed throughout my three-night stay. The leaking roof was a nightmare, taking two days to fix while an inferior room was offered with no compensation!

superb lobby and the view from the lobby... free internet service friendly staff...

1. Quality of breakfast items were not good.... pancakes or waffles were not good quality 2. we are pure vegetarians... there was no hot veg dish for us in the beginning.... all were with meat, fish and eggs.... then upon request we were provided with hot veg dishes... 3. we stayed in the cottage... for the price paid, the amenities were too little and the decor was so so... 4. our cottage was way out in the corner when many other cottages were not let out.... 5. over all we were not impressed with any thing of the resort....

Overall it was a real good stay during my visit.

After weary travels, this tranquil resort did not disappoint. The sea view bungalow offered a spacious comfort. With a fine infinity pool and a quiet beach for leisurely walks, every moment seemed like paradise. Their friendly staff.

The Beyond Resort is very clean,modern in design,superb value,great proximity to amenities while still being intimate .The pool area is large with an excellent design.The staff were always ready to make our stay pleasant.I felt this hotel was a better overall choice than the other 5 star hotels in the area.Nop runs the guest relations as well as I have seen Thanks

The price of the airport transfer.However all taxis in the area are priced high

The view of sunset over the beach is stunning, nice pool.

We booked a cottage and really disappointed at it, very basic and doesn't worth half of what we pay... Cottages are poorly designed and interior decoration/facility make u feel like staying with a budget hostel! Lots of people complaining about the food quality and that's true. With this price I had the worst breakfAst experience ...

Sweet views, sour service

The place has a killer view of the ocean and a cool infinity pool. But man, the reception staff was super rude and unhelpful. We were pushed to upgrade our room when we didn't want to. Breakfast wasn't bad, though!

Fabulous location. Stayed in a deluxe sea view room with a great view and a good sized balcony. Close to pool and the beach. Room comfortable with light bathroom. Worth paying for the view. Good variety for breakfast. Close to a few restaurants so not stuck in the hotel.

Room set up for double bed.... When used as twin room one person has no bedside table. Security box is in wardrobe and there is no light, so difficult to see. Good New Year festivities marred by terrible loud band and awful MC. Lots of wasted space in lobby... Could be used as a small bar at one end.

Location close enough to the beach bar, the beachfront and amazing warm pools, and really nice restaurants. For shots visit Motherhouse Bar & Restaurant, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Lovely Views and Serene Atmosphere

Our family loved the spacious Villa Premier Sea View. Watching the sunrise from our balcony was lovely! The large pool with jacuzzis offered perfect relaxation, while the local dining options were fantastic. Pro tip, Don't miss the happy hour at the beach bar for some great cocktails!

We had read the reviews and decided to take one of the hotel cottages rather than the standard hotel room. However when we saw the cottage quality and location we upgraded to the superior room. There was no comparison. The cottage was a long walk, away from the hotel main serviced, restruant and breakfast, a long walk from the pool and beach. When we checked in the staff immediatelly pointed out the poor location and quality of the cottage compared to the hotel rooms overlooking the sea, pool and near all the facilities. Of course they required $85/ day more.

Booked quality was poor and dingy. Upgrade was a lot more money. Seemed like a bait and switch. The hotel/spa. Resort had all serviced including a very nice resturant and bar. The staff could not or would not provide any information about going into the town for resturants or any outside amenities except the tours specifically booked through their hotel. They would not even provide information about outside taxis, execpt for using a hotel oganized taxi. It seem they wanted to keep guests sequestered and commited to their expensive resturant, taxi's and spa services. Nearby town had many resturants and services with a hugh selection at much much lower rates. Not a surprise, but they would provide no help or guidance as most hotels would.

Swimming pool is excellent. It is huge with the Jacuzzi built within the pool. My fiance and I spent many hours in the pool.

It seems like the staff lacked training and proficiency in English.

The view from our room was amazing, and the super nice team. We even picked up some new cooking skills at a local class, a highlight. Just be ready for breakfast not having too many options, but the local restaurants nearby are fantastic!

It definitely affected the convenience .

I thoroughly enjoyed the elegant decor and spacious areas, easy for me to navigate comfortably. The clean beach and attentive staff enhanced my overall experience at Beyond Krabi.

More shaded seating areas around the pool would help.

Excellent views, pool and lounging facilities. Friendly staff. Good food.

Poor language skills of 95% of staff make communication impossible. Service quality severely negatively impacted. Significant damp problems as well as sewerage smells in rooms as well as outside.
